Program of Study
Submitting Your Program of Study
- The student will submit your Program of Study using an electronic form available on the Graduate School website.
- On the forms page, they click on Electronic Form Submission. They'll then be prompted to sign in with their K-State eid and password to access the Program of Study and other electronic forms.
Step 1: Hover over the "About" button located at the top of the Graduate School main page. Click on the "forms" button.
Step 2: Once they click on "Forms", it should bring them to this page. Click on "Program of Study." That will bring up the "Submit a program of study" button. Click on that.
Step 3: That should bring them to the "Program of Study" page. The "Student Information" section should automatically fill if they are logged in.

As a student progresses through their graduate program, they'll use some of the other forms in the electronic forms dashboard and may or may not use others. Below are a few commonly used forms.
